Shipping Policy
Normal delivery time: 1-5 business days, once we have received and confirmed your order.

The shipment can be tracked via US Postal Service.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return at Post Office or mail in store
​
If you wish to return an item, please send an inquiry to toulinefarm@gmail.com, and you will be sent a return label. You will be responsible for all shipping costs to return an item. Deliver the package to your nearest Post office or shipping center.

If the return is due to a complaint, we will send you a new item at no costs (provided the item is in stock) once we have received back the returned item.

Returned goods with defects

All returns will be checked for defects. If an item is damaged, used beyond normal testing, labels have been removed or returned 14 days days after it was first received, the return will not be approved. In this case, your order will be returned.

Refund
​
All sales through Touline Farm LLC/ www.toulinefarm.com are final at the time of purchase. No refunds will be given. Please contact Touline Farm for any issues regarding your product and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
